- Memories of Sunday** is an American hard rock and heavy metal band formed in 2009. The group is based in Ohio and was founded by musician Bruce “Grubb” Grimm following the dissolution of his previous band, Arch Rival. Memories of Sunday have released original material independently and have maintained an active presence through recorded releases and live performances.
History
Memories of Sunday formed in 2009 as a new project by Bruce “Grubb” Grimm after the end of Arch Rival. The band developed a sound rooted in hard rock and traditional heavy metal, blending melodic elements with heavier guitar-driven arrangements. Over time, the group recorded and released original material independently, distributing their music through digital platforms and direct-to-fan channels.
In 2018, the band released their debut full-length album, Right Before Your Eyes, which marked their most substantial recorded output to date and established their presence on major streaming services and metal music databases.
